Online Registration Help
New Families and Students
We would love to have the opportunity to meet you, give you a tour of our facility and recommend classes that would suit your needs. Please call the studio to schedule an appointment for registration. August hours are Tues, Wed, Thurs from 3:00-9:00. If you prefer to register by mail, we will be happy to send you the registration materials. Please call the studio to make this request. Once we receive the forms and your registration fee of $30, your registration is complete!
Returning Families and Students
If you know your placement, you may register online or over the phone. After registering for the class of your choice, you will receive a Confirmation Packet in the mail, along with a Payment Schedule and an AutoPay form. Once we receive the forms and your registration fee of $25, your registration is complete!
1. Returning families/students may already be registered and ready to enroll for classes!
a.
To find out, click on the "Click Here to Register" link.
b. Enter your email address (the one EMC uses to contact you) in the appropriate field.
c. Click on any other part of the registration form.
d. If you are already registered, a dialogue box will appear stating that your email address is already
in our system. Click OK. (if you are not already registered, follow the instructions for new families)
2. To reach the Portal, click the "Click Here to Register" link on the Registration page, OR, click the "Register" link next to a class on the Class Schedule page.
3. Click the "Already a customer? Click here to login" link above the registration form.
4. The login screen will appear.
5. You will login using your email address and your password.
a.
If you don't know your password, click "I don't know my password" and enter your email address.
b.
You will receive a password via email very shortly.
6. You should be all set now! Once you are registered and you have a password you can login to the Portal at any time by following step numbers 2 through 5. Once you do, you will have access to your contact information, your account information, schedules, etc. You may also choose to change your password.
Online Payment Help
Pay Now Option
1. Click the "Pay Now" button to make your payment using a credit card or PayPal.
2. The PayPal window will appear.
a.
In the "Item" field, enter the name of the class, or, if paying for multiple classes,
state what you are paying for (e.g. Judy's dance and art classes).
b. In the "Unit Price" field, enter the amount you are paying (example: 400.00)
c. Make sure your total is correct. If you make a change, click "Update Totals"
3. Select a payment method.
a. To pay using your PayPal account, fill in the login information,
follow the instructions
and complete your transaction!
b. To pay using your credit card, find and click the blue "continue" link in the paragraph under the
heading "Don't Have a PayPal Account?"
c. Fill out the information, follow the instructions and complete your transaction!
Monthly Plan Option
1. Check with EMC to discuss your monthly payment plan amounts.
2. Fill in the 2 *required fields.
a. Monthly Payment Amount (example: 65.00)
b. Number of Monthly Payments (example: 4)
3. Click the "Monthly Plan" button to sign up for automatic monthly payments.
4. The PayPal window will appear.
5. Review your payment information.
6. If the information is correct, select your payment method.
a. To pay using PayPal, login to your account, follow the instructions and complete your transaction!
b. To pay using a credit card, click the "Use your credit card or bank account (where available)" link,
fill out the information, follow the instructions and complete your transaction!
